Messed up all my contacts

Uploaded from my HTC ONE smoothly but when attempting the download it never moved past the "checking for access pass screen" - which was after it charged me. Tried multiple times and never moved past the screen.

Everything worked perfectly

This is not a free app, to transfer from one device to another you have to pay. What a scam!

Choosing the app for both phones to do the deal took more time than the switch. It took only seconds to put the apps on the phones and less than that to have my contacts where I wanted. YouTube video walked me through "Transfer Contacts from Win 8 to iOS".

Great.

They should of been more up dont that you have to pay a dollar to use

If you have more than one device prepare to pay every time you use it
